1. Door to door transportation expenses, as they apply, are to   be paid by sponsor including: airfare and air travel fees; car mileage or   shuttle service to and from airport.  (Current Phoenix Sky Harbor  Shuttle Service fees are $40.00 round trip.) Teacher does her best to find   the least expensive and most practical airfare.
Air transportation will be made no sooner than 30 days before  the event..
When the sponsor arranges the air transport they should arrange  a direct flight when ever possible.
2. In those cases when more than one guild is sharing travel/lodging   expenses; should one of those bookings fall through, the remaining groups are   responsible for 100% of these costs.
3. Location drivers must have vehicles that will easily carry   two to three large bags + carry-on bags.    Provide two contact names, land and cell phone numbers 2 weeks before  the event.
4. Reimbursement of airline tickets is required within 30 days  after purchase.
5.  All ground   transportation is to be provided by the sponsors,  If guilds are sharing other expenses  they must provide linking transportation between guilds.
Housing and Meals:
1. Room and board, including meals en route.  A private room, with bath, in a non-smoking   environment with a guild member or motel/hotel is to be provided.  I'll gladly share a hotel room with another  non-smoking teacher.
2. Access to my room must be with an interior door.
3. Overnight room and board is to be provided on days between  events and on the occasion a layover night is required before returning home.

Duties of Contracted
To arrive, on time, and fully prepared for  all contracted services; provide space on her web site for guild lecture and  workshop photographs with helpful hints as needed six months prior to event.
No samples of work will   be provided prior to the event.    Workshop samples will be provided as a color print for the sign-up   table/book and on the web-site of the contracted.
Paper handouts are   provided for the workshops at the time of the event and not earlier.
Supply lists and   pre-workshop instructions will be provided to the sponsors six months prior  to the event. The sponsor is made responsible to distribute the correct   information to the participants.
FINAL NOTES TO GUILDS:
1.    FEES are based on the presumption that I will be allowed to have my   books/patterns or other items for sale in the same room as my class or   lectures.  I am a very soft sell.
2.    I do not donate a percentage of sales to the sponsors.  IF  SELLING CONFLICTS WITH YOUR GUILD OR SHOP POLICY PLEASE ADVISE ME BEFORE WE  ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT SO THAT I CAN ADJUST MY FEES ACCORDINGLY.
3.    Please assign a guild member and a table to facilitate book signings  and sales-- allowing the contracted to focus on the guild members.  As a thank-you, to the guild, the contracted  will donate a book to the guild library and patterns for door-prizes.
