The workshop and design emphasis is on cutting no triangles AND having smooth transitions within the ranges of Mountain Units. The Mountain Units create beautiful borders around either a traditional eight-pointed star, a piece of special fabric or an applique. Nancy's techniques even helps you create wonderful rectangular medallion quilts with no extra trouble...the designs are flawless! Workshop participants can expect to finish a small medallion or start a bed quilt. You can find the pattern for a large double bed size Delectable Mountains Quilt in Nancy's new book Rotary Heirloom Quilts, published by The American Quilters Society. BEGINNING TO ADVANCED quilters will find this workshop rewarding. HALF & FULL day workshops are available for guilds and shops. A $6.00 pattern fee is charged.
